Valencia Carroll is a teaching artist with a belief in the transformative potential of art. Having earned a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from The George Washington University and honed her skills as a classically trained oil painter at the prestigious Aristides Atelier at the Gage Academy of Art, Valencia brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a Teaching Artist for Urban ArtWorks.
